PURPOSE: A medium, a system and a method for recording the personal information using the Internet are provided to enable a user to remember the old memories by providing the personal information in a necessary time or the medium storing the personal information and to easily find out a relation of a lost child, a dementia and an amnesia old man by registering a fingerprint or a physical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The system for recording the personal information comprises a terminal(10), a server(20), a DB(30) and a recording medium(40). If the birth information of the user is inputted through the terminal, the server managing a personal information recording service extracts the personal information matching to the birth information and manages the personal information by storing in the DB. If the user wants to view the own personal information, the personal information managed through the DB is transferred to the terminal through the Internet. If the user wants to receive the personal information as a floppy or a compact disk, the personal information is provided by recording in a floppy or a compact disk.
