PURPOSE: A system for fabricating an LCD device is provided to apply a liquid crystal such that the liquid crystal can be equal to a spacer having high uniformity in height, in order to easily perform a compression process, and to fill the liquid crystal higher than the spacer, thereby preventing cell gaps from changing. CONSTITUTION: A spacer forming device(32) forms a spacer on an upper side of a lower substrate. A sealant forming device(33) forms a sealant on an upper side edge of the lower substrate where the spacer is disposed. A liquid crystal applying device(34) applies a liquid crystal inside the sealant. An assembly device(36) attaches an upper substrate to the lower substrate where the liquid crystal is applied in vacuum state. A pressurizing device(39) pressurizes the attached upper substrate and the lower substrate. A sealant hardening device(41) hardens the sealant between the attached upper substrate and the lower substrate, and combines the two substrates.
