PURPOSE: A traffic information guide system using regional division and a guiding method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of the traffic information by providing correctly the varied states of the traffic information to a user. CONSTITUTION: A traffic information guide system using regional division includes a regional management unit and a traffic information guide to provide the traffic information. A traffic information region is divided into one or more regions on the basis of a predetermined standard. The regional management unit(220) finds a travel path and extracts the traffic information about the user's present position. The traffic information guide(230) transmits the extracted traffic information to the user.
