PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for ventilating and humidifying is provided to ventilate and circulate air actively and humidify indoors while drying the laundry by supporting the drying apparatus in the ceiling and the floor with assembling, disassembling and moving the drying apparatus easily. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus is composed of a multistage fixing shaft assembled and connected in series; a loading unit installed in the lower part of the fixing shaft and horizontally turned around the fixing shaft; a blower(40) mounted in the upper fixing shaft; and a support unit(50) combined with the upper fixing shaft and the lower fixing shaft and contacted to the ceiling or the floor. A rotating shaft(41) of a fan(42) is fitted to the upper fixing shaft, and the loading unit is composed of a central ring part and loading rods(35) folded and radially combined with the central ring part.
