PURPOSE: A state monitoring device of a tire is provided to improve the safety during traveling by detecting pneumatic pressure and temperature of the tire, and to extend the life span of the battery for a transmitter by adjusting the transmission cycle according to the travel mode. CONSTITUTION: A tire state monitoring device is composed of a transmitter(110) embedded in a tire to detect the state of the tire, and a receiver installed in a vehicle to display the state of the tire. The transmitter is composed of a pressure sensor(210), a temperature sensor(212), a travel detecting sensor(214), a wireless transmitting module, and a control unit deciding the travel mode by receiving data on pressure, temperature and speed from sensors in detection mode and transmitting data according the travel mode. The receiver has an operating unit, a wireless receiving module demodulating the wireless signal, a display, a buzzer and a control unit setting the reference value for alarm in selecting setting by an operator and sounding an alarm or displaying the state of the tire by comparing data with the reference value.
