<p>The system has robots (2,2') sized small enough to both fit into a carrying case (1). The case, which also serves as a command post for driving the robots, has an image monitor (4), a cavity (5) for fitting a joystick, blocks for protection of electronics for robot operation, as well as a power supply socket (11), a switch (12), and an exit (13) connectible to a computer. The robot, which is made to travel within a duct, has a compartment containing suitable optics and a dichroic halogen lamp for illuminating the duct interior.</p> |
