PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically-transmissible dial for a watch such as a dial for a solar watch capable of preventing deep purple of a solar cell existing on the under face from being confirmed, and rich in varieties of design and with a high-class feeling. SOLUTION: A decorative member 4, for example, a colored resin or a natural shellfish, is stuck on the upper face of an optically transparent material 1, and a colored membrane 5 (for example, a paint film, a metal membrane or the like having the thickness in the optically-transmissible degree) capable of transmitting light is provided is provided on the under face of the optically transparent material 1 which is the opposite face, to thereby provide this optically-transmissible dial for the watch. The colored membrane 5 provided on the under face and the decorative member 2 provided on the upper face are provided on positions not overlapped in the vertical direction, to thereby transmit light more effectively.
