PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed limiting device which can easily provide a vehicle speed limiting function by deceleration from a full-throttle position in both a new vehicle and an existing vehicle having an electronically-controlled fuel injector with a simple structure at a low cost, and reduces the working resistance of an accelerator pedal when limiting the vehicle speed in a vehicle with an engine having the electronically-controlled fuel injector mounted thereon. SOLUTION: In the vehicle speed limiting device having an accelerator sensor operation limiting means to operate an accelerator sensor in the deceleration direction when the vehicle speed reaches a set value, the accelerator sensor is deceleration-operated to a predetermined vehicle speed limit position via a sensor lever while the accelerator pedal position is maintained to a predetermined position via a control lever by the deflection of a deflecting means interposed between the sensor lever and the control lever when the deceleration-operational force from the accelerator sensor operation limiting means is given to the sensor lever.
