PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole device. SOLUTION: A rotational drive source 62 disposed at a side part of a lower side body 28 to drive by an electric signal, a pump mechanism 18 provided at the lower part of the rotational drive source 62 to suck/discharge pressure oil, a cylinder mechanism 20 displaced along an axial direction under the action of the pressure oil supplied from the pump mechanism 18, and an accumulator 22 for holding the pressure oil, are integrally provided inside the lower side body 28.
