PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe line switching device of an endoscope capable of performing the switching operation of the state of water supply at all times and the state of suction by one channel tube extremely easily with single action in a simple device. SOLUTION: The channel tube 3 inserted and arranged inside an insertion part 2 and opened at the tip of the insertion part 2, a suction connection pipe 15a communicated to an external suction means (50) and a water supply connection pipe 14a communicated to an external water supply means (60) are communicated and connected to a cylinder-like member 12. In a standby state where a piston-like member 20 is not pushed into the cylinder-like member 12, the water supply connection pipe 14a is communicated to the channel tube 3 and the suction connection pipe 15a is not communicated. In an operation state where the piston-like member 20 is pushed into the cylinder-like member 12, the suction connection pipe 15a is communicated to the channel tube 3 and the water supply connection pipe 14a is switched to a closed state.
