PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fluorescent labeling, with which the efficiency of a method for nucleic acid labeling by a fluorescent substance is increased and thereby a high-sensitivity analysis method is provided. SOLUTION: The method for nucleic acid labeling by taking a fluorescent substance represented by general formula (I) Ln-S-N (Ln is 4,4'-bis(1",1",1",2",2",3",3"-heptafluoro-4",6"-hexanedion-6"-yl)chlorosulfo-o-terphenyl or its derivative; S is a spacer molecule; N is a nucleotide) in a nucleotide chain, maks a surfactant coexist in a reaction solution.
