1. A preparation of standard blood cells suspended in normal saline, where the blood cells are erythrocytes with appropriate blood-group antigens. Characterized by that the suspension of blood cells with blood concentration of ca. 4.5 or ca. 10 percent by weight, depending on applied testing method, which, following standardisation, were enriched with 2-3 percent by volume of aloe juice of Aloe vera type, contains an addition in the form of at least 0.03-0.06 percent by weight of purine base, preferably adenine as a stabilizer of the buffered normal saline, supplemented with an addition of an antibiotic from the group of amphenicols, preferably detreomycin in the amount of, preferably, 0.024 percent by weight. 2. A method of producing a preparation of standard blood cells suspended in normal saline, where the blood cells are erythrocytes with appropriate blood-group antigens, by rinsing the blood cells sediment and putting them into a liquid conservant. Characterized in that: in a sterile process, the sediment of blood cells of appropriate blood group in the amount needed to obtain a suspension with blood concentration of ca. 4.5 or ca. 10 percent by weight, depending on applied testing method, rinsed at least twice with buffered normal saline of multiple volume is poured over with a conserving liquid in the form of a buffered normal saline, stabilised and additionally sterilised. An addition is added to the saline in the form of 0.03-0.06 percent by weight of purine base, preferably adenine, and before sterilisation, there are also added preferably 0.25 g/l of an antibiotic from the group of amphenicols, preferably detreomycin; and further aloe juice of Aloe Vera type in the amount required to obtain the concentration of 2-3 percent by volume is added to the blood cells suspension following the standardization. |
