PURPOSE: Provided is a cushioning material for package, which gives solidity and reliability of package, and is recovered and reutilized with a high efficiency to reduce the cost needed for distribution of products and to prevent environmental pollutions. CONSTITUTION: The cushioning material is used for protecting the content in a package from outside attacks when a product such as an electronic product is packaged. The cushioning material(40) is made of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and comprises a plurality of tubular members. Particularly, each tubular member comprises an outer wall formed of PET film, and an air inlet(46) for introducing and discharging airs in an air layer between one outer wall and another outer wall.
