INK JET PRINT HEAD HAVING METAL NOZZLE PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ink jet print head having a metal nozzle plate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to operate with high frequency by installing a heat radiation layer made from metal in the metal nozzle plate. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head includes a metal nozzle plate and an ink chamber(132) formed at a surface of a substrate(110) of the ink jet print head with a predetermined length. A manifold(136) is installed at a rear surface of the substrate(110). The substrate(110) includes a silicon wafer. The manifold(136) is formed at a lower side of the ink chamber(132) and is connected to a storage having ink therein. In an ink jet print head manufactured as a chip state, a plurality of ink chambers(132) are arranged on the manifold(136) in one line or two lines. Also, the ink chambers(132) are arranged in three lines in order to improve resolution.
