<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring the life of a person to be monitored capable of always monitoring the activity and behavior, etc., of the person without needing manual aid especially and capable of instantaneously taking a necessary measure in case anything should happen to the person. <P>SOLUTION: This device has a data storing part 10 provided with a detected data storage database 11 for storing detected data and activity and behavior pattern database 12 for storing activity and behavior patterns of the person, a pattern extracting part 15 for extracting the activity and behavior pattern of the person, a determining part 16 for comparing the activity and behavior pattern data of the person with various detected data of the person to determine whether the detected data are included in the activity and behavior pattern data, and an outputting part 17 for displaying what kind of activity and behavior pattern of the person is different from the normal activity and behavior patter of the person when an abnormality detection signal is outputted when the detected data indicates an abnormality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
