<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery system that can shorten the time from ordering of an article by an orderer until reception of the article. <P>SOLUTION: When the orderer 1 orders a specified shop 7 an article, the shop 7 contacts an operation management center 9 and requests delivery of the article. The operation management center 9 accesses a location information providing center 8 via the Internet 12 to read image data that composite map data in the proximity of the shop 7 with location information data from a location information terminal device 3, checks a motorcycle for delivery 2 running or waiting in the proximity of the shop 7, and notifies the delivery request to a mobile terminal device directly/indirectly mounted on the motorcycle for delivery 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
