PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest repellant which can sufficiently wipe off dirt and water on the skins of human bodies, coat the skins with an insect pest-repelling ingredient and an anti-perspiration ingredient, and give a non-sticky state. SOLUTION: This insect pest repellant is characterized by impregnating a nonwoven fabric having a water and dirt-wiping property with the insect pest-repelling ingredient and the anti-perspiration ingredient soluble in alcohol.
