PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber hose which can continuously produce a molded rubber hose having marking applied thereto by vulcanizing an unvulcanized rubber hose and washing and drying the vulcanized hose, and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: A vulcanization furnace (2) wherein hot air of normal pressure circulates is installed, and a feed means (5) having an inside feed passage (3) passing through the vulcanization furnace (2) is installed. The feed means (5) comes out of the passage (3) to circulate through an outside feed passage (4) passing around the outside of the furnace (2). The feed means intermittently transports a plurality of mandrels arranged linearly in the running direction. The unvulcanized rubber hose is inserted in the mandrels in the outside feed passage and vulcanized during the passage through the inside feed passage. The vulcanized rubber hose is washed and dried in a washing/drying zone (6) when transferred to the outside feed passage from the vulcanization furnace to the outside feed passage, marked in a marking zone (7), and extracted from the mandrels in a detaching zone (8).
