PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin original which does not generate wrinkles influential to printing on an IR (Infrared Ray) abrasion layer. SOLUTION: (1) The photosensitive printing original has a support, a photosensitive resin layer, the IR abrasion layer and a cover film, in which the IR abrasion layer contains an IR absorptive metal and the indentation displacement of the photosensitive resin layer prior to exposure is≤100μm. (2) The photosensitive printing original, described in (1), in which the IR abrasion layer contains a metallic layer is included. (3) The photosensitive printing original, described in (1), in which the the content of a crosslinkable or non-crosslinkable liquid component in the photosensitive resin is≤35 pts. wt. is included. (4) The photosensitive printing original, described in (1), in which a nylon resin crystallized at heat treatment for≥2 minutes at≥95°C is incorporated into the photosensitive resin is included.
