PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost of a communication unit. SOLUTION: This system has a heat source machine 1 and the communication unit 3 receiving supply of power from the heat source machine 1 to relay the radio communication between the heat source machine 1 and a floor heating radio remote control 2. The communication unit 3 has a DC/DC converter circuit 4 for supplying the power supplied form the heat source machine 1 to a control part while voltage-converting the power. According to this, since the heating value generated in the voltage conversion can be reduced, a conventional radiating plate or cooling fan is dispensed with, and the reduction in size and cost of the communication unit can be realized.
