PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake sound silencing device of a motorcycle which can further reduce an intake sound. SOLUTION: A case-shaped silencing case 41 having an opening 43 opened toward an air intake port 35 of an air intake duct 31 is arranged near the duct 31 of an air cleaner 25. The case 41 has the opening 43 opposed to a bottom wall 44 of the air cleaner 25 and the port 35 in such a manner that the volume of the port 35 is larger than that of the duct 31.
