PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for the erection of a steel-framed column, which can reduce the thickness of an upper plate, and a construction method for the erection thereof, which enables the erection to be performed in a short period of time. SOLUTION: In the structure 1 for the erection of the steel-framed column 2, a coupling bolt 6, which is to be also used for level adjustment, is movably installed in a slot 12 of a lower plate 14 which is installed on an end plate 8 of a pile head, and inserted into a slot 13 of an upper plate 5 so that the upper plate 5 can be movably installed; the steel-framed column 2 is fixed to the upper plate 5 by bolts 15; and at least two of the bolts 15 serve as anchor bolts 16 so as to be screwed into the lower plate 4.
