PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for removing a makeup without requiring face washing with soap, water, etc., after removing the makeup and without adversely affecting the skin. SOLUTION: The liquid for removing the makeup is obtained by mixing purified water having≤50μS/cm electroconductivity with any of a vegetable surfactant, an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt.
