PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance blow-off efficiency of ions from an ion generating device to a cabin, and to suppress transmission of operating sound of the ion generating device to an occupant. SOLUTION: The ion generating device 20 is installed on a duct 9 leading to a vent blow-off port from an air conditioning unit 100. The surface of an electrode 21 provided on the ion generating surface of the ion generating device 20 is disposed toward upstream side of air conditioned wind in a duct passage 9a. The operating sound of the ion generating device generating from the ion generating surface is reflected on an inner wall of the duct 9 toward downstream side of the air conditioned wind to enable to reduce leakage of the operating sound from the blow-off port.
