PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a low cost deodorizing sheet having high deodorizing characteristics and superior surface smoothness. SOLUTION: This sheet is so formed that a dry matter of a mixture which includes, at least, one type of inorganic porous grains having pores with average diameter of 2-12nm and the pore volume of 0.3ml/g or more and an emulsion of an organic substance having glass transition temperature of 0°C or less, covers over a base material surface having flexibility. This sheet is characterized in that the content of the inorganic porous grains in the mixture is not less than 300pts.vol. and not more than 1,000pts.vol. per 100pts.vol. of the dry matter of the organic emulsion.
