PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a structure enabling easy inserting and removing of contents. SOLUTION: A painting tool case 11 used as a bag has a bag body 12 which is formed in a generally rectangular box shape using a sheet material such as nylon fabric or the like so that painting tools 14 such as a brush washer 15, brushes 16 or the like are removably stored inside. An upper opening part 13 is provided on an upper end of a bag body 12 so that it is closed so as to open/close by a slide fastener 36 as a closing means. In an upper end of front and rear end faces of the bag body 12, a pair of front and rear coil springs 37 as an urging means is sewn along an opening rim 40 of the upper opening part 13 so as to urge the opening rim 40 to stretch it.
