PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which fraudulent alteration of a control program can be surely prevented, and at the same time, the control program can be changed easily. SOLUTION: For this game machine, a stopper 28 which retrains a fastening piece 20a of a crime preventive cover 20 for protecting a main control device 15, and a lock plate 35 which turns the stopper 28 are provided. Then, a motor 36 which drives the lock plate 35 is constituted to be operated when a correct identification code is input by an identification card 25 in an identification code reading device 19. Also, the main control device 15 is placed under an undetachable state when the crime preventive cover 20 is restrained by the stopper 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
