PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which prevents fingers pressing a ruler from being cut by a cutter when cutting by the cutter. SOLUTION: Holes (2) are formed in the center of an uncrackable plate (1) to bend the plate, and both ends of the plate are attached to two positions on the surface of a ruler (4) with a both-sided adhesive tape (3).
