PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing system for the insertion of a so-called press-fit-effect femur prosthesis for cement-free implantation into a femur bone in a region in which the press fit effect is preferably obtained. SOLUTION: The region corresponds to a diaphysial region, the height of which differs depending on the type of a shape (morpho-type), and consists of a set of at least two shafts (one of which is a shaft 4). Each shaft has a conical distal region with a diameter D different from the same cone angle, and a first conical region having a smaller maximum diameter D has a proximal region coincident (i.e. overlapping in size and shape) with a distal region of a second conical region of a second shaft with a larger maximum diameter of the conical region.
