SOLUTION: A server 1 comprises: a calculation control part 10; a bill detail master 11a; a money reception detail master 12a; a customer master 13; an erasure procedure master 14; a transfer fee master 15; an erasure process program storage part 16; a RAM 17 storing an erasure process program; a communication part 18 communicating with the outside; a temporary bill detail master 11b; and a temporary money reception detail master 12b.
