<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technique for securing legal safety and operational safety being equivalent to a prior art for issuing an electronic value exchange medium by setting the sum of a user as the electronic value exchange medium from a currency being deposited by allowing a user to deposit money at a financial institution account that a person who performs financial processing services has on a communication network for purchasing the electronic value exchange medium and for securing the equivalent conveniences to the prior art for issuing the electronic value exchange medium, and allowing the financial institution to directly operate an account of an owner by using the information processing system by receiving the commission of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of names involved in a joint signature book account and a logical account in an electronic value exchange medium management means are allowed to correspond each other in a one-to-one relationship, thus achieving the issuing method of the electronic value exchange medium for electronic settlement services for securing safety and conveniences in handling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
