<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online broker business outsourcing system enabling various document delivery to customers, account opening work, transaction report creation/delivery work and data management work, etc., in an online broker exclusively carrying out stock exchange using the Internet to be accepted as outsourcing as much as possible by using a computer network, whereby reducing capital investment and manpower cost, and capable of realizing a securities company specialized in exchange solicitation and advertizement activities. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises: a terminal of the online broker 1 for opening a website for internet transaction to accumulate data inputted from the website as a database; and a center terminal of an office work agent company 2 for constructing the network on a dedicated line along with the terminal.
