<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of supporting business activity by utilizing a business card, technology of providing an electronic business card, and technology of recognizing the degree of interest in business contents of the other business party. <P>SOLUTION: A business person A hands in the business card 20 on which an electronic business card code 22 is printed to a person B in charge in the other business party. The person B in charge acquires an electronic business card file corresponding to the electronic business card code 22 from an electronic business card providing device 100 and browses the electronic business card by using a browser 16. The electronic business card providing device 100 stores the timing of providing the electronic business card file as a browsing timing. The business person A recognizes the browsing conditions of the electronic business card by using a user terminal 14.
