PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a control lever of a height adjustment mechanism not to interfere with getting on and off and to facilitate vertical and reciprocal operation by holding the front part of a the control lever when a height adjustment mechanism for varying height of a sheet is mounted in a sheet structure of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The control lever 12 fixed to a control shaft 13 of the height adjustment mechanism is freely and operably configured to take a posture not for use when the front part 12a of the control lever 12 is positioned lower than an upper surface of a seating part 1a of a seat and a using posture when the front part 12a of the control lever 12 is positioned higher than the upper surface of the seating part 1a of the seat. A coupling part 15 is released from a locking part 18b when the control lever 12 is shifted to the posture not for use. The coupling part 15 is shifted to the using posture when the coupling part 15 engages with the locking part 18b.
