PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a motor device capable of simplifying assembly of a cooling jacket arranged in a motor case and an actuator case, and cooling a peripheral portion of a bearing. SOLUTION: This motor device 1 is constructed by consecutively installing the motor case 5 storing a motor 2, and an actuator case 6 storing an actuator 3 driven by the motor 2. The motor case 5 and the actuator case 6 are formed with flanges 5a, 6a at such sections that they may face each other. By connecting the flanges 5a, 6a, both the cases 5, 6 are connected, and the cooling jacket 7 continuous to the both cases 5, 6 is provided. The cooling jacket 7 is formed with opening parts 7a, 7b of the cooling jacket 7 at the connected surface of both the cases 5, 6, and is connected with a motor-side jacket 7c and an actuator-side jacket 7d by connecting the opening parts 7a, 7b.
