PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the circuit scale and power consumption of an array antenna system and to simultaneously perform highly accurate beam control by performing non-linear distortion compensation on power amplifiers. SOLUTION: In an array antenna, a power amplifier 118 on the system of an antenna with large weighting of an amplitude is provided with an amplitude phase distortion adding part 112, and a power amplifier 109 in the system of an antenna with small weighting of an amplitude is provided with an amplitude distortion adding part 105. Thus, since the distortion compensation for a required quantity is performed for each antenna system, deterioration of beam control accuracy is suppressed without exerting an adverse influence upon the adjacent other antenna system, the system is miniaturized, and power efficiency of the entire array antenna system is improved.
