PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional optical disk, recording and reproducing are hard to keep compatibility of high reliability and a low error rate. SOLUTION: An average run length of a RLL code when a crystal state is recorded is made shorter than that when an amorphous state is recorded, in a recording film.
