PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive system for controlling the order and method of communication for connecting a plurality of components to a bus by a tristate technique. SOLUTION: A first control signal is transmitted from a first processor to a second one via a control signal line for causing the bus connection of the second processor to enter a high-impedance state. Data are transferred between a device and the first processor via the bus, and then the bus connection of the first processor is set to be in a high-impedance state. A second control signal is transmitted to the second processor from the first one via the control signal line, thus ending the high-impedance state in the bus connection of the second processor.
