PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment comprising a functional structure capable of easily and uniformly performing the lining of segment edge parts after joining connection. SOLUTION: In this secondary lining saving-type segment for constructing a shield tunnel by connecting a plurality of segments in the axial and circumferential directions of the tunnel, anchors 4 with recessed grooves are buried and fixed on an inner position with respect to a segment joint faces and a ring joint face by a predetermined width with their opening sides exposed to an inner surface, on the surface at a tunnel inner hollow side of the segments, a surface of the concrete 2 at an inner side with respect to the anchors with the recessed grooves is coated with a sheet 3, further a seal material 6 is placed and packed in the recessed grooves of the anchors, and approximately gate-shaped coating joint members B are pressed and fixed over the anchors with the recessed grooves of the segments adjacent to each other.
