PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which enables a storage article to be easily fixed and packaged by using a small quantity of material. SOLUTION: In this packaging box, a bottom surface is closed in such a manner that inner and outer flaps 3 and 4, elongated from the lower ends of a pair of opposed side plates 1 and those of a pair of opposed side plates 2, respectively, overlap one another; a rolled-in piece 8, which is formed by cutting the inner flap 3 in both the lateral directions of a base end from a central part of a leading end, is rolled in; the leading end of the rolled-in piece 8 is inserted into an insertion hole 9 which is formed outside the rolled-in piece 8, so that the rolled-in state of the rolled-in piece 8 can be maintained; and the four rolled-in pieces 8 are brought into line with the outer periphery of the storage piece.
