<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive time information from an optional equipment connected to a network and provided with a real time clock, and to use it as a reference time in own device. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, the first network-connected equipment 14 having the real time clock, the second network-connected equipment 19 built in with no clocking unit and the like are connected to the network 12, and the second network-connected equipment 19 is provided with a reception equipment setting part 25 for assigning the network-connected equipment for receiving the time information, and a reference time storage part 26 for receiving the time information from the network-connected equipment assigned by the reception equipment setting part in starting-up thereof to store it as the reference time, and counts an internal clock by a clocking circuit 27 based on the received reference time to clock the present time.
