PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that since the cost for isolating/analyzing soil microorganisms is expensive, the development of simple and inexpensive method for isolating/analyzing them is expected. SOLUTION: This method for isolating the soil microorganisms is provided by sieving the soil microorganisms in soil suspension containing the soil microorganisms by using a sieve having≤50μm pore diameter under an irradiation of a supersonic wave, and also the method for separating the soil microorganisms efficiently by forming a boundary of 2 layers without having a disorder in the centrifugal separation of the soil suspension containing the microorganisms into 2 layers by using a buffering tool are provided.
