PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire type container crane capable of adjusting a position to hold a container without changing the position of the tire type container crane fixed in a yard, and a trolley capable of adjusting the position to hold the container. SOLUTION: The tire type container crane 1 traveling in the yard G is equipped with the trolley 10, a hanging tool 40, a traveling direction fixing means that fixes the container crane 1 in the traveling direction, and a shifting means that shifts the hanging tool 40 to the traveling direction in any position between the trolley 10 and the hanging tool 40.
