PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk scatter preventing means easy to approach the disk. SOLUTION: Disk scatter is prevented by providing a side plate near to the end surface of the outer circumference of the disk so as to surround the circumference of the disk and promoting attenuation of kinetic energy by which broken disk tends to be scattered.
