PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of noise caused by an operation device without providing a shield plate in audio/video composite equipment in which a DVD unit and a video cassette unit are incorporated in one and the same case. SOLUTION: A both plane substrate 13 packaging a DVD operating device 5 and a video operating device 10 is arranged between a video cassette deck 8 and a bottom plate panel 1a of a case 1. The DVD operating device 5 is positioned under the video cassette deck 8. Electromagnetic shielding is performed by surrounding the DVD operating device 5 by a metal chassis of the video cassette deck 8 and the metal bottom plate panel 1a of the case 1. Thereby, noise caused by the DVD operating device 5 is shielded and the video cassette deck 8 is not affected by noise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
