PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible tile for electromagnetic wave absorption, which can exert an electromagnetic wave absorption function, reflects much light, and is fit to be provided in a structure. SOLUTION: This tile 10 for the electromagnetic wave absorption, which is composed of a material including an electromagnetic wave absorption material, is equipped with an incombustible electromagnetic wave absorption layer 11 which comprises a first surface 11a undergoing the incidence of an electromagnetic wave, a second surface 11b on the other side of the first surface 11a, and a side surface 11c for coupling the first and second surfaces 11a and 11b together. The tile 10 is also equipped with a light reflection layer 12 which is arranged in such a manner as to cover the first surface 11a of the layer 11, which protects the layer 11, and which reflects the light. The tile 10, which is wholly formed in a plate-like shape, exerts the electromagnetic wave absorption function when an electromagnetic wave reflection layer is arranged in such a manner as to face the second surface 11b of the layer 11.
