PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently flocculate cutting sludge by a small amount of a flocculant so as to prevent the destruction of flocs formed by mixing without performing the stirring due to a stirrer, in a cutting sludge treatment apparatus for mixing the cutting sludge, which is formed when concrete or asphalt is cut, and the flocculant to flocculate the sludge. SOLUTION: A flocculant supply pipe 29 is connected to a discharge pipe 21 to which the cutting sludge formed when a road surface is cut by a road cutter 1 is discharged and the cutting sludge is allowed to meet with the flocculant to be mixed there with. A spiral pipe 27 is further connected to the leading end of the discharge pipe 21 to apply spiral motion to the cutting sludge mixed with the flocculant to mix the sludge. The spiral pipe 27 is arranged in the expanded part 24a of a funnel-shaped container 24 having the expanded part 24a and a contracted part 24b provided to the upper and lower parts thereof to be opened up and down and converges spiral motion during the passage of the cutting sludge through the container 24 to sediment the cutting sludge.
