PURPOSE: A dietetic food composition obtained by mixing wheat flour, rice flour, black rice flour, red grape powder, green tea powder and herbal plant powder is provided. It is effective in preventing arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, adult disease and reducing body weight. CONSTITUTION: Wheat flour, white rice flour, fermented black rice flour, fermented black bean flour and black sesame flour are mixed with fermented red grape powder, fermented green tea powder and herbal powder of Herba houttuyniae, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Folium Mori. The mixture is kneaded, formed into noodles and then fried in oil.
