<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a turbine power generation facility capable of controlling the concentration of oxygen and the concentration of steam in a fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The turbine power generation facility comprises: a turbine 4 in which the exhaust of a fuel cell apparatus 1 is expanded, where the fuel cell apparatus 1 comprises a fuel cell section 11 and a successor burner 12 burning an exhaust gas from the fuel cell section 11; an oxygen supply line 14 supplying oxygen to the fuel cell section 11; a fuel supply line 13 supplying the fuel to the fuel cell section 11; a vapor confluent line 15 merging a reforming vapor with the fuel in the fuel supply line 13; and a compressor 3 compressing a fluid and sending the compressed fluid to the fuel cell apparatus 1, where the concentration of oxygen and the concentration of the steam in the fuel can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
