<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material for a fuel cell separator excellent in moldability, an electric property and a mechanical property, and a fuel cell separator molded from the same. <P>SOLUTION: This molding material contains a thermosetting resin, a carbon-group base material with electrical conductivity and a surface-active agent as essential components. The surface-active agent has a nonionic property and its HLB (hydrophile-lipophile balance) value is not greater than 10. It is preferable for the molding material to contain the thermosetting resin of 15-20 pts.wt., the carbon-group base material with electrical conductivity of 78 to 85 pts.wt., and the surface-active agent of 0.3 to 2 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the total molding material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
